Our Gnocchi

It is fundamentally important to use the proper raw material, thus we choose the best potatoes, kneaded hot (respecting the typical Italian recipe),with a delicate authentic flavor, genuine and soft body, adapted to all type of condiments. The potato gnocchi are a pillar in the Italian gastronomy and their preparation is widespread in the world. Used as first course with simple ingredients such as butter and sage or savored like basil paste, or meat sauce. The potatoes are used to replace bread or pasta because are highly nutritious and source of carbohydrates.

Special mini gnocchi

Chicche de Pommes di Terre, Chicche de Batata

Ingredients:

Rehydrate potatoes 70% (water, potato flakes), soft wheat flour, potato starch, rice flour, salt, acidity corrector: E270, preservative: E200, natural aroma.

Production method

The product is made starting with a blend of rehydrated potato flakes, soft wheat flour, water and other ingredients. After the preliminary phase of kneading and cooking, the mini gnocchi are formed and then packaged in a protective atmosphere, pasteurized, refrigerated at +4°C, packed and stored in the warehouse until time of shipment.

Organolectric features

The product has a traditional form, is soft and full-bodied, light yellow color, delicate potato flavor.
