We are very proud of our line of FRESH NON PASTOURIZED PRODUCTS, it evokes the full summer flavors. Genoa Basil, combined with extra virgin olive oil and grated parmesan cheese becomes a great condiment for thousand of uses leaving to the connoisseur the opportunity of creating original dishes.

Our processing technique allows us to obtain microbial abatement avoiding the traditional thermo pasteurization process, thus we are able to guarantee the perfect storage of the product in a glass jar for 24 months at room temperature, without preservatives. This method ensures that our Pesto with Basil DOP maintains the organolectric features and scents of each ingredient.
